What is the difference between Sigma 70-200 f/2.8 DG OS HSM | S and Nikon AF-S Nikkor 70-200mm f/2.8E FL ED VR? Find out which is better and their overall performance in the camera lens ranking.Apr 24, 2013. I have a very new (less than 2 months) 70-200 f2.8 VRII that won't focus any longer. I've only shot with this lens a half-dozen times before it started to act up. Body is a D7000 although we (I bought it local so I took it back to the shop I purchased it at) tested it out on a D600, and 7100 to verify that it was indeed the lens.
