Yes, on HEN you can play PS1, PS3 and PSP backups from an external HDD and launch them from Webman. Another user advised using NTFS but they are using Rebug CFW, personally, I have not had great success with NTFS on a Super Slim HEN, it was a bit buggy and inconsistent, sometimes it would show some or all of my games and sometimes it would show 27Qn.
