So everytime I open Fallout 4 VR and try to play, the intro scene glitches, gets fuzzy and jagged, then completely disconnects the headset. When I take the Headset off, I see that Steam VR is requesting to restart or quit because my Rift S headset has disconnected. I can play all other VR games just fine, its just with this game that I have a problem. Plz Help?

Oculus Tray Tool (OTT) doesn't work for super sampling (ss) in SteamVR, you need to use the SteamVR app, like: Thanks to fuzzy logic 100 % = OTT ss 1.4 and 200% = 2.0 (120% = 1.55). I'd recommend just using 100 % on a GTX 1080 (200% is way too much, I think I read that even 2080 Ti choked on 200 % = ss 2.0).

Missing an entry point in the Fallout 4 VR.exe is most likely an issue with the Visual C++ install or configuration. (Missaligned .DLL's play havok.) I know you indicated that you have reinstalled the Visual C++ files. The Steam Build Bot would install both the X86 (32bit) and the X64 (64bit) versions of these.
