The RED lenses in the door cards are only reflectors and do not illuminate. The full operation of how the interior light works can be found on page 56 of the owners handbook.
Adding your location may find someone local who could offer assistance. F-Super, Bluetooth OBDII (ELM) and a MS509 scanners (test subjects required). ForDiag now available to victims. Often on the side of the glovebox or on the inside of the fusebox cover. If thats the later Focus 2009 ish it should.
No crank, dash lights on, fuses test good, relays I can hear clicking (and I swapped some out) anti theft NOT blinking, headlights are bright. Just quit all of a sudden. I tapped on starter, no go, starter is not loose, I shorted neutral safety switch, I disconnected batt to attempt a resetgrounds look good, all electrical connections look good.I would try to isolate which circuit the fault is on. You could pull the brake light Fuse 54 in the central fuse box behind the glove box. Then check if the other lights work. If the fault is still there try putting this back in and pull the side lights Fuse 22 in the engine compartment box and try again.
