Yep, they actually tuned it recently so it does regular autosaves. Before it made an autosave on cargo pickup, cargo delivery and exiting the game, so if you got into an accident, you had to start the trip again (you ended up with 2 autosaves - on pickup and after the crash). #3. mjjcyc Jan 20, 2014 @ 7:16am. If you want to take up on mods, you can look into ProMods, they have a rebuilt German Autobahn. Whether or not its more accurate, I'm not sure. Only so much you can do with the scale of the map.
